Do you want to see the inner workings of Paddle Junkies? Do you want to know what’s happening in your club and be part of the decision making for 2022? Do you want to have your ear to the ground in Alberta’s paddling community? Come out to the AGM and volunteer for one the available positions on the 2022 executive board.
Before the outgoing executive board is dissolved for the year we will go over the years numbers; how many members we had, how many trips were run and how the funds are sitting for 2022.
We will also be voting to make some changes to the Paddle Junkies Whitewater Club’s bylaws. The two changes we will be looking to make are:
1) to reduce the number of days required to call an AGM from 45 days to 30 days.
2) to change the description of the role of our Members at Large so that they are no longer considered to be Directors.
