On New Years’ Day, Paddle Junkies is going to do a combination Kananaskis Run and Pub Night.
The Kan Run will be weather dependent. The Pub Night is not and will run from 7 to 9 (or as long as folks stay around – there’s no hard and fast “get out of here” time). We’ll be meeting at Fergus & Bix West Springs · 873 85 St SW, Calgary, AB T3H 0J5, Canada right after our paddle – hope to see you all there!
Update: Weather is looking good, so keep your paddles ready…
Update 2: We’re keeping an eye on flows, right now it’s HE 18 which is no bueno. Keep an eye here and we’ll look again tomorrow. Pub Night is looking good though.
Update 3: Flows never came around. Boo. Hope everyone had a great New Years Eve, keep an eye out for a weekend run if we get some earlier water flow times.
