 ut in the last 24 hours the flow numbers have gone up\, not down\, putting
  us far in excess of flood numbers on this section of the Bow. We will unf
 ortunately have to cancel this run. We will have another run scheduled for
  next Thursday at or around the same time\, I hope to see you all there.\n
 \nThursday night Ghost\n\nThis is a run for paddlers new to whitewater. We
 'll be running a section of the Bow River from the Ghost Dam to the Wild C
 at Gas Plant. Join us for a fun evening on the river.\n\nMeet at the Ghost
  Dam put in at 6:00pm\, once everyone has arrived and is ready we will shu
 ttle cars down to the Wild Cat Gas Plant and get on the river.\n\nRequirem
 ents: \n\n 	\n\n 	You need to have taken an intro to whitewater course or 
 have comparable experience. If this is not yet the case\, please message u
 s and we can discuss further!\n 	You must be an active 2022 member of Padd
 le Junkies to sign up (if you’re having issues signing up for the event\
 , please ensure that you are signed into the website and have paid your 20
 22 membership fees. If it still doesn't work\, please message us!)\n 	Brin
 g your own gear - your boat\, PFD\, helmet\, and paddle.\n\n 	Also\, it's 
 actually required to carry a whistle and rope on each watercraft (see the 
 section on Water Safety Kits in the link)\, so if you don't have those yet
