DESCRIPTION:Thursday Lower Kan Run It’s been hot 🥵.    Why not cool 
 down and work on your paddling skills at the same time ?     PJ's will b
 e leading a Lower Kananaskis run from Canoe Meadows down to Seebe on Monda
 y. This run is intended for beginner  paddlers that want to work on basic
  skills but don't feel confident river running on their own. If you're an 
 intermediate paddler and just want to enjoy the run\, absolutely come on o
 ut as well - it's a great time.\n\nWe'll meet at Canoe Meadows at 6:00 pm 
 sharp.   After dropping our gear we’ll shuttle most of the vehicles to 
 the Seebe Dam parking lot.   After some skills practice at 40 boat eddy 
 it’s down river and take out at Seebe around 8:30.\n\nEnsure that you ha
 ve all your gear with you including boat\, paddle\, PFD\, proper footwear\
 , helmet\, spray skirt\, and throw bag.  We do not have spare equipment f
 or borrow or rent.\n\nYou must be an active 2022 PJ’s member to sign up.
   If not\, please allow a couple of days for processing a new membership.
 \n\nThis is a Class II river section and we require that you have taken an
  introduction to whitewater course ( or equivalent ) prior to signing up.
    This may require you to demonstrate a wet exit.
