DESCRIPTION:Hey\,   The old trail up from the river appears to be open aga
 in !      Therefore\, It's back to our old standby practice run.    R
 ain or shine we'll paddle the Bow river from the TransAlta Ghost dam down 
 to the Wildcat gas plant.   At the current river flows the river should 
 be pretty chill so an excellent opportunity for beginners to hone their sk
 ills.\n\nLets meet at the Ghost Dam at 6:00 pm where we'll drop our equipm
 ent and shuttle to the gas plant.\n\nEnsure that you have all your gear wi
 th you including boats\, paddles\, PFD's\, footwear\, helmets\, spray skir
 ts\, and throw bags.   Also note that the put in and take out require hi
 king down/up from the river.\n\nThis is a Class I /II river section and we
  require that you have taken an introduction to whitewater course prior to
  signing up.
