DESCRIPTION:Stampede Ghost Run Hey\,   The old trail up from the river app
 ears to be open again !      Therefore\, It's back to our old standby p
 ractice run.    Rain or shine we'll paddle the Bow river from the TransA
 lta Ghost dam down to the Wildcat gas plant.   At the current river flow
 s the river should be pretty chill so an excellent opportunity for beginne
 rs to hone their skills.\n\nLets meet at the Ghost Dam at 6:00 pm where we
 'll drop our equipment and shuttle to the gas plant.\n\nEnsure that you ha
 ve all your gear with you including boats\, paddles\, PFD's\, footwear\, h
 elmets\, spray skirts\, and throw bags.   Also note that the put in and 
 take out require hiking down/up from the river.\n\nThis is a Class I /II r
 iver section and we require that you have taken an introduction to whitewa
 ter course prior to signing up.
