  out for another beginner river run for the weekend.  We are headed out t
 o Rocky Mountain House to get out on the North Saskatchewan River at the B

 pids\n\nThis is a fairly quick river run but we will be hanging out at the
  bottom wave after the run for some surfing fun.  We can also practice sw
 imming the bottom rapid if people are interested and throw bagging the swi
 mmers\n\nWe will meet in at Tim Hortons as you enter Rocky Mountain House 
 at 10:30 AM on Saturday.\n\n&nbsp\;
