DESCRIPTION:Monday Lower Kan Run It’s been hot 🥵.    Why not cool do
 wn and work on your paddling skills at the same time ?     PJ's will be 
 leading a Lower Kananaskis run from Canoe Meadows down to Seebe on Monday.
       This run is intended for beginner/intermediate paddlers that want
  to work on basic skills but don't feel confident river running on their o
 wn.\n\nWe'll meet at Canoe Meadows at 6:00 pm sharp.   After dropping our
  gear we’ll shuttle most of the vehicles to the Seebe Dam parking lot. 
   After some skills practice at 40 boat eddy it’s down river and take o
 ut at Seebe around 8:30 to 9  pm.    We’ll still mask up in order to 
 shuttle vehicles so please make sure you have a mask for this purpose in a
  dry bag.\n\nEnsure that you have all your gear with you including boat\, 
 paddle\, PFD\, proper footwear\, helmet\, spray skirt\, and throw bag.  W
 e do not have spare equipment for borrow or rent.\n\nYou must be an active
  2021 PJ’s member to sign up.  If not\, please allow a couple of days f
 or processing a new membership.\n\nYou are responsible to bring your own b
 oat\, pfd\, helmet\, and paddle. We do not have gear available to borrow.\
 n\nThis is a Class II river section and we require that you have taken an 
 introduction to whitewater course ( or equivalent ) prior to signing up. 
   This may require you to demonstrate a wet exit.
