DESCRIPTION:Time to get back on the water and work on your paddling skills!
      PJ's will be leading a Lower Kananaskis run from Canoe Meadows dow
 n to Seebe on Thursday.      This run is intended for beginner/intermed
 iate paddlers that want to work on basic skills but don't feel confident r
 iver running on their own.\n\nWe'll meet at Canoe Meadows at 6:00 pm sharp
 .   After dropping our gear we’ll shuttle most of the vehicles to the S
 eebe Dam parking lot.   After some skills practice at 40 boat eddy it’
 s down river to the take out at Seebe around 8:30 to 9  pm.\n\nEnsure tha
 t you have all your gear with you including boat\, paddle\, PFD\, proper f
 ootwear\, helmet\, spray skirt\, and throw bag.  We do not have spare equ
 ipment for borrow or rent.\n\nYou must be an active 2023 PJ’s member to 
 sign up.  If not\, please allow a couple of days for processing a new mem
 bership.\n\nYou are responsible to bring your own boat\, pfd\, helmet\, an
 d paddle. We do not have gear available to borrow.\n\nThis is a Class II r
 iver section and we require that you have taken an introduction to whitewa
 ter course ( or equivalent ) prior to signing up.   This may require you
  to demonstrate a wet exit.
