DESCRIPTION:Lower Elbow Run UPDATE: BECAUSE OF THE LOW WATER LEVELS\, THE F
 INAL CONFIRMATION REGARDING THE TRIP LOCATION WILL BE SENT AT 2PM.\n\nWe
 ’ll run a section of the Elbow River from the Elbow River Launch to the 
 Paddy Flat. Join us for a fun evening on the river. This is a run for padd
 lers with experience running class 2 rivers.\n\nMeet at the "Elbow River L
 aunch - Provincial Recreation Area" put in at 6:30pm\, once everyone has a
 rrived and is ready\, we will shuttle cars down to the Paddy Flat and get

 \n\n 	\n\n 	It's Class 2+ run and basic maneuvers are required to avoid ha
 zards. You have to know how to perform a correct Eddy Turns and Ferry on c
 lass 2 water (like Harvie Passage) to participate. These skills will be ch
 ecked right after we start the run. If you are not sure if you are ready\,
   please message us and we can discuss further!\n 	You must be an active 
 2025 member of Paddle Junkies to sign up\n 	Bring your own gear – your b
 oat with two functional flotation bags\, PFD\, helmet\, paddle\, throwbag.
