  and is designed for ladies\, and those identifying as female or non binar
 y\, to meet up and practice skills and challenge one another in a fun and 
 supportive environment.\nAs this an official Paddle Junkies run you will n
 eed to be an active 2022 Paddle Junkies member and you MUST sign up on the
  website.\n\nIn order to participate you must have taken an intro to white
 water kayaking course\, or equivalent.\nPaddlers must have their own gear\
 , including boat\, PFD\, paddle\, spray skirt and helmet.
