SUMMARY:Beginner Ghost Run
DESCRIPTION:This is a run for paddlers new to whitewater.  We’ll be runn
 ing a section of the Bow River from the Ghost Dam to the Wild Cat Gas Plan
 t which is Class 1 with a couple of Class 2 features.  Join us for a fun 
 evening on the river.\n\nMeet at the TransAlta Ghost Dam put in ( exit at 
 the Cottage Club and drive to the end of the road ) at 6:00pm\, once every
 one has arrived and is ready we will shuttle cars down to the Wild Cat Gas
  Plant and get on the river.\n\nRequirements: \n\n 	\n\n 	You need to have
  taken an intro to whitewater course or have comparable experience. If thi
 s is not yet the case\, please message us and we can discuss further!\n 	Y
 ou must be an active 2023 member of Paddle Junkies to sign up\n 	Bring you
 r own gear – your boat\, PFD\, helmet\, spray skirt and paddle.  Float 
 bags are greatly appreciated.\n\n 	Also\, it’s actually required to carr
 y a whistle and rope on each watercraft\, so if you don’t have those yet
 \, consider purchasing them very soon\n\n\n\n\n\nIf you want to register b
