DESCRIPTION:Beginner Ghost Run This is a run for paddlers new to whitewater
 . We'll be running a section of the Bow River from the Ghost Dam to the Wi
 ld Cat Gas Plant. Join us for a fun evening on the river.\n\nMeet at the G
 host Dam put in at 6:00pm\, once everyone has arrived and is ready we will
  shuttle cars down to the Wild Cat Gas Plant and get on the river.\n\nRequ
 irements: \n\n 	\n\n 	You need to have taken an intro to whitewater course
  or have comparable experience. If this is not yet the case\, please messa
 ge us and we can discuss further!\n 	You must be an active 2022 member of 
 Paddle Junkies to sign up (if you’re having issues signing up for the ev
 ent\, please ensure that you are signed into the website and have paid you
 r 2022 membership fees. If it still doesn't work\, please message us!)\n 	
 Bring your own gear - your boat\, PFD\, helmet\, and paddle.\n\n 	Also\, i
 t's actually required to carry a whistle and rope on each watercraft (see 
 the section on Water Safety Kits in the link)\, so if you don't have those
  yet\, consider purchasing them very soon.\n\n\n\n\n
