DESCRIPTION:Return to the Ghost !!!! It's back to our standby practice run.
     Rain or shine we'll paddle the Bow river from the TransAlta Ghost da
 m down to the Wildcat gas plant.   At the current low river flows the ri
 ver will be pretty flat so an excellent opportunity for beginners to hone 
 their skills.\n\nPlease meet at the Ghost Dam at 6:00 pm where we'll drop 
 our equipment and shuttle to the gas plant.\n\nEnsure that you have all yo
 ur gear with you including boats\, paddles\, PFD's\, footwear\, helmets\, 
 spray skirts\, and throw bags.   Also note that the put in and take out 
 require hiking down/up from the river.\n\nThis is a Class I /II river sect
 ion and we require that you have taken an introduction to whitewater cours
 e prior to signing up.
