 tions for  river runs in the evening.  The rain today has increased the 
 Bow river flow so it’s time to return to our old standby..... The Bow Ri
 ver below Ghost dam.    This is a classic beginner river run but be awar
 e that there is a bit of a hike to the put-in and take-out.\n\nTo join us 
 you need to be a Paddle Junkie member.\n\nThis run involves a short car sh
 uttle.  Please come prepared to wear a mask in the car.\n\nMeet at the no
 rth side Ghost Dam TransAlta gate (just past the entrance to the Cottage C
 lub).   The evenings are getting shorter so be ready to shuttle at 6 pm.
