DESCRIPTION:2020-08-27 Bow River Ghost Run Summer continues  !   Let's s
 queeze in one more Ghost run while the water levels are good.   Rain or 
 shine we'll paddle the Bow river from the TransAlta Ghost dam down to the 
 Wildcat gas plant.  Due to COVID-19 restrictions\, we have a reduced rati
 o of paddlers to leaders.\n\nPlease meet at the Ghost Dam access gate prio
 r to 6:00 pm where we'll drop our equipment and shuttle to the gas plant.
    Note that the evenings are getting shorter and we'll leave at 6 pm sh
 arp.   As per AWA guidelines\, and in consideration of your fellow paddl
 ers\,  please bring a dry mask to wear after the run to shuttle.\n\nEnsur
 e that you have all your gear with you including boats\, paddles\, PFD's\,
  footwear\, helmets\, spray skirts\, and throw bags.   Also note that th
 e put in and take out require hiking down/up from the river.\n\nThis is a 
 Class II river section and we require that you have taken an introduction 
 to whitewater course prior to signing up.
