SUMMARY:2020-07-29 Lower Kan Run
DESCRIPTION:Tired of hiking out on the Ghost run ?   This Wednesday we'll
  practice our moves at 40 Boat Eddy followed by a run down the Kananaskis 
 river to the Seebe dam.  Due to COVID-19 restrictions and shuttle capacit
 y\, we have a reduced ratio of paddlers to leaders.  Spots are ideally fo
 r beginner paddlers that don't feel confident river running on their own.\
 n\nSince this is a longer run we plan to launch at 6 pm at the bottom of t
 he race course.  The shuttle will already be in place and cars can be lef
 t at Canoe Meadows.  As per AWA guidelines\, and in consideration of your
  fellow paddlers\,  please bring a dry mask to wear during the shuttle ba
 ck from Seebe.\n\nEnsure that you have all the right gear with you includi
 ng boats\, paddles\, PFD's\, footwear\, helmets\, spray skirts\, and throw
  bags.\n\nThis is a Class II river section and we require that you have ta
 ken an introduction to whitewater course prior to signing up.
