DESCRIPTION:2020-07-29 Lower Kan Run Tired of hiking out on the Ghost run ?
    This Wednesday we'll practice our moves at 40 Boat Eddy followed by a
  run down the Kananaskis river to the Seebe dam.  Due to COVID-19 restric
 tions and shuttle capacity\, we have a reduced ratio of paddlers to leader
 s.  Spots are ideally for beginner paddlers that don't feel confident riv
 er running on their own.\n\nSince this is a longer run we plan to launch a
 t 6 pm at the bottom of the race course.  The shuttle will already be in 
 place and cars can be left at Canoe Meadows.  As per AWA guidelines\, and
  in consideration of your fellow paddlers\,  please bring a dry mask to w
 ear during the shuttle back from Seebe.\n\nEnsure that you have all the ri
 ght gear with you including boats\, paddles\, PFD's\, footwear\, helmets\,
  spray skirts\, and throw bags.\n\nThis is a Class II river section and we
  require that you have taken an introduction to whitewater course prior to
  signing up.
